that arise.
Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a highly capable and experienced individual to join their team as a Stores/Warehouse Manager in the Beverage Manufacturing industry in the Eastern Cape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics within the manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the stores department in line with FSSC 22000 requirements. Ensure the stores department are clean, and organized, with raw material displayed according to company guidelines. Ensure and maintain accurate raw material inventory levels by conducting regular cyclecounts and reconcile with the inventory management system. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory, deliveries, or store

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Management or a related field. Minimum of 3 or more years’ experience in warehousing and inventory management, preferably in a FMCG environment. In-depth understanding of FMCG industry requirements for stores, warehousing, and distribution processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Valid Driver’s license. Strong knowledge of FSSC standards and requirements and the ability to ensure compliance in all areas of responsibility. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments. Ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to make informed decisions quickly and effectively.
