As a Stormwater Senior Engineer/Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for taking a lead role in the development and

delivery of stormwater projects in Southern California. This role is responsible for planning, design, and management of

stormwater and drainage projects including, but not limited to:

Stormwater management facilitiesSite drainageStorm drain improvementsGreen Stormwater Infrastructure (GI)Best Management Practices (BMPs) for water quality treatmentLow-impact developmentGreen StreetsPerform watershed and water quality assessments and BMP prioritizationHydrologic and hydraulic modeling of stormwater facilitiesPerform other duties as needed

In this role, you will work closely and manage other engineers to prepare both planning level and design level projects

including reports and contract/bid documents, and work collaboratively with other design disciplines and subconsultants to

provide integrated solutions. This role reports to and works closely with the Stormwater Business Class Lead.

Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline 7 years related experience with at least 5-years experience in the preparation of drainage reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates2 years project management experienceCalifornia Registered Professional Engineer (PE) License is mandatoryExperience in conceptual, preliminary, and final design of drainage projectsExperience with hydrology, hydraulic/drainage design and drainage facility design softwareExperience with supervising staffExperience with business developmentPreference given to local candidates Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering 7 years related experienceA minimum 2 years project management experienceProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseMS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus) Demonstrated leadership skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
