Benefits & Perks:$60,000 to $80,000 per annum (based on experience)Hybrid work Schedule 3 weeks’ vacationCell phone allowanceCar allowanceBonusExtended medical and dental benefitsResponsibilities:Prepare for and assist with facilitating, if required, strata council meetings and general meetings.Prepare council meeting agendasHandle and process all operational correspondence and owner communicationsCarry out directives and follow lawful instruction of the Council in a timely mannerPrepare minutes of all meetings attended including night meetingsAssist Strata Councils in preparing annual budgets and planning for capitalInform Strata Councils regarding legislative requirements and assist with interpretation of financial information through monthly financial statement review.Ensure invoices are received, reviewed and approvedQualifications:1+ years’ experience as a Strata Manager (Newly licensed may also apply)Proficient in Yardi softwareHas a valid Strata licenseValid driving license
