If you’re passionate about making a difference and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you! **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities:** + **Drive Sales Growth:** Lead efforts to achieve sales targets for the interventional portfolio in Vietnam. + **Develop Strategic Plans:** Create and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase product adoption. + **Engage with Key Stakeholders:** Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs including hospital team, distributors, internal stakeholders + **Team Collaboration:** Partner closely with Marketing Leader and marketing teams, to align strategies, get insights to maximize the profits and minimize loss, and ensure effective execution. + **Market Analysis:** Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends and adjust strategies accordingly. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in business, preferable Medical-Pharmaceutical related, Life Sciences, or a related field. + Minimum of 10 years of experience in key account management or sale management, preferably in the medical device industry. + Be able to reach out and influence Key Decision Makers + Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving product adoption in the healthcare sector. + Strong understanding of the medical device market and regulatory environment in Vietnam. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Willingness to travel across North region, and across country + Proficiency in English and Vietnamese. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience working with intervention medical devices. + Willing to travel to Hanoi and other part across Vietnam when needed. **Why Join Us?** + **Impactful Work:** Contribute to advancing the world of health by sharing innovative solutions with clinics, physicians, and medical entities. + **Growth Opportunities:** Work alongside inspirational leaders and colleagues in an inclusive, growth-centered, and rewarding culture. + **Competitive Benefits:** Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package.
