Come join us to work directly with our existing merchant base to renew, upsell, and expand the Recurly footprint by developing and executing successful renewal and sales strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesDriving new sales & expansion into the Recurly install baseUnderstanding how to expand into new lines of business by bringing the Recurly suite of solutions including Revenue Recognition, Lifecycle Management Engagement, App Management and future Recurly offeringsProspecting within the customer base to identify and execute on opportunities to expand the Recurly footprintAchieving and exceeding compensation plan goals by managing all aspects of the contract renewal  for an assigned set of merchantsEngaging with customers  to facilitate and persuade plan upgrades and feature upsellsHoning your sales and account management skills by positioning and communicating the  Recurly value prop to our existing merchantsIdentifying  at risk merchants early in the renewal process and reselling the value of RecurlyLeading pricing strategy and negotiations while working closely with Sales Operations, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Professional Services and Legal to ensure all deals meet customer and Recurly requirementsHandling customer needs and requests outside of the responsibility of support for merchants not managed by Recurly Customer SuccessCreating and managing expansion, upsell, renewal and professional services opportunities in SFDC CRM with accurate and timely forecast updatesProvide renewal notification and accurate quotes 120 days in advance prior to contract end dateQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in renewals, sales, account management, customer success or equivalent customer facing roleHighly organized with strong attention to detailStrong oral, written and presentation skills with Ability to thrive in a challenging and fast paced environment with a positive outlook and professional Experience with SFDC or similar CRM system preferredTeam player who enjoys jumping in where needed with high energy, enthusiasm, and curiosity to learnSomeone who will own the outcome by being mindful about finding the balance between the customer centric approach and achieving your renewal and sales goalsBenefits:
