Strategic Account Manager
Job Description Job Description: The primary responsibilities for this role fall within strategic business development, customer engagement, solution selling, and product positioning. Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to the following:   Create and communicate product positioning to differentiate/introduce Advantest in the existing EDA market   Establish & lead EDA partnerships and customer relationships    Identify & engage with key stakeholders at target customers    Maintain a network within the EDA community   Drive strategic alignment with key customers and cross-functional leadership   Identify technology trends & growth opportunities for customers   Discover customer pain points & initiate engagement conversations   Articulate Advantest's ATE position to create market mindshare and sell into the EDA segment   Validate solutions with lead customers and ensure roadmap alignment for evolving customer needs   30-50% travel ; able to travel to Germany & Austin, TX in first year We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Must Haves:   10+ years of experience of equipment-based sales, EDA software selling preferred   Technical-level knowledge of silicon validation & EDA industry Plusses:   Strategic, go-getter, problem-solver   Business development experience   Engineering background pre-sales   NPI experience Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
