Strategic Account Manager

The Role: Your Impact as Account Supervisor 

As an Account Supervisor, you’ll oversee a portfolio of accounts, ensuring seamless execution of mobile messaging programs that leverage the best of Sinch’s offerings. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver projects that drive measurable results while strengthening relationships and fostering account growth. 

Your primary responsibility is client satisfaction and retention, making you a key contributor to both customer and company success. 

 

What You’ll Do 

Manage Client Relationships Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.  Be the day-to-day customer contact, ensuring customers feel supported and informed. Own customer satisfaction KPI and address concerns promptly. Be a Trusted Advisor Collaborate with client and internal teams to develop strategic plans that align with the client’s goals and objectives to guide their priorities. Cultivate an informed point of view as the customer’s strategic partner Project Intake and Oversight Conduct thorough intake on new assignments and write clear briefs to guide internal teams. Assist in drafting Statements of Work and maintaining accurate billing processes. Oversee campaigns, working closely with Project Management and Campaign Management to ensure that campaigns are executed effectively and in alignment with customer goals.  Performance Monitoring Use internal dashboards to monitor client product usage and generate insightful reports. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare presentation of campaign results and data-driven recommendations. Team Leadership Promote a fun and collaborative environment for doing great work!
