Strategic Account Manager - Electronic Products
Kforce's client, an established Engineering Technology Company in the Phoenix, AZ area is seeking a Strategic Account Manager. We are working directly with the hiring manager on this exclusive search assignment. The company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, annual bonus, PTO, benefits and 401K matching. This position is hybrid remote. Responsibilities: * Execute complex selling process (multiple decision makers, locations) * Supports the achievement of the company's sales goals by maintaining and growing specific customer(s) that generate over $5M in revenue * Meets revenue goals, achieves growth initiatives and targeted sales goals * Educate customer(s) as to the intrinsic benefits of the company's electrical-mechanical IoT products and other Company products and emerging market programs * Demonstrate various products and features using sample or display product when meeting with customers * Plan, organize, and execute a Strategic Account Customer Plan * Maintain accurate and timely Customer Relationship Management information in the manner set forth by the Company * Report business transactions, customer acquisition or service problems, competitive developments, and market assessments on a monthly basis * Support and participate in the organization's Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001:2015 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS objectives * Meet or exceed sales quota targets * Communicate effectively with external and internal customers * Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks * Complete daily call schedule and planned customer visitations * Acquire and maintain customers in accordance with sales plan * Develop business, social, and civic relationships with customers
