Role: Strategic Account ManagerLocation: Coimbatore
Key ResponsibilitiesNew customer acquisition in assigned territoryDaily reporting of all sales activityBusiness development & relationship building with corporates/charted accountants/merchant bankers and signing MOUs with them for self-ratings/corporate profiling/sectoral study reports/economic and social Impact reports/investors' confidence reports/ESG consulting solutionsWould be responsible for driving individual targetsResponsible for the overall accounts receivablesProvide industry updates at regular intervals and maintaining a constant relationship with the existing customers through courtesy meetingsOperationsEnsure process adherence at all times and error free timely delivery of projectsLiaising with the operations team for a smooth delivery of the end product and ensuring the service expectations of the customers are metMaintaining the data/client contact details in appropriate data warehouses hygienicallyProgress reviews and forecasting reports are filed periodically as required by the managementRegular update of all the activities in the tools provided and track the movement of all such activitiesKey RequirementsMBA or any post-graduation with relevant experience of 5-7 years in new client acquisitionPrior experience in credit ratings/consulting/advisory Strong experience in B2B sales/corporate salesExperience in complete sales cycleStrong record of achieving sales year on yearShould have good knowledge of the local commercial and industrial beltsAbility to comprehend and analyze financial statementsHighly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environmentStrong analytical skills and ability to provide value added insightsPossesses excellent MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPrimary External InteractionsMD/Directors, CXO’s, Proprietors, Industry Chambers and Corporate Associations, Charted Accountants & ConsultantsPrimary Internal InteractionsFinance, HR, Facility, IT Infrastructure, Heads of Other SBUAll Dun & Bradstreet job postings can be found at and .
