As a Strategic Business Development Representative, you will support the Account Management team by identifying and driving opportunities for growth within our current enterprise customer base. Utilizing your strong research and analytical skills, you will conduct detailed account mapping by region, subsidiary, and business unit, identifying key stakeholders for targeted prospecting. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to leverage ROI insights and success stories to create tailored outbound messaging. This role focuses on crafting custom multi-channel prospecting strategies to ensure we engage the right audience, helping to build a high-quality sales pipeline for Sales Executives. Responsibilities:Conduct thorough research on existing enterprise accounts to identify opportunities for expansion, including regional, subsidiary, and affiliate business opportunities. Build detailed account hierarchies and stakeholder maps for use in targeted prospecting. Update CRM and other record-keeping systems with accurate and comprehensive account mapping details.  Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to uncover additional business opportunities within the current customer base. Stay informed of market developments to identify areas for account development. Collaborate with CSMs to leverage customer ROI insights and success stories to craft compelling, personalized outbound messaging. Design and implement multi-channel prospecting sequences, combining emails and calls to effectively engage key stakeholders. Work with Account Executives to target specific opportunities within enterprise accounts. Partner with Account Managers and internal teams to develop and document account-based strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen internal account strategy planning. Regularly update the Director of Account Management on findings, progress, and account development opportunities. Qualifications: Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from various sources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on crafting impactful messaging for internal and external audiences. Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools/products to drive productivity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a sales or research role, preferably within a SaaS company, is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. #LI-RI1
