The Strategic Change Office (SCO) provides project and change management leadership on complex process improvement projects throughout the organization that requires a strategic “big picture” mindset and is critical to enabling and perpetuating a culture of Innovation and Continuous Improvement, a key strategic pillar of the firm. Typically, projects involve multiple departments and/or business units and the SCO provides both the project and change management leadership as well as a neutral perspective in helping project stakeholders navigate challenging issues that can have disproportionate impacts on the various departments involved. These projects are typically the highest priority projects for the firm in any given year.

As a Strategic Change Office Analyst you will:
Support SCO Manager with the day-to-day execution of key strategic initiatives and other high-complexity projects.
Liaise and build relationships with project stakeholders.
Prepare initial drafts of high-quality, error-free client deliverables and presentation materials.
Create an initial draft of the project or change management work plan.
Create an initial draft of project communications and templates for review and delivery by project teams, leadership, and firm stakeholders.
Assist in the coordination of project tasks, schedules, and resources.
Coordinate and schedule meetings for assigned projects.
Facilitate status update meetings with the project team and sponsors.
Create and send agendas and recaps for all assigned program and project meetings.
Maintain project and change management plans by updating and tracking project activities, coordinating with resources, and getting updates from program and project stakeholders.
Support in gathering and analyzing data, finding patterns, and helping to identify key themes to influence decisions.
Assist with ad hoc projects or advisory requests, special projects, and other team activities.
What we look for:
1-4 years of related experience, including internship experience.
Bachelor’s Degree required in a related field.
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
Possesses attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability with a drive for continuous improvement.
Able to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
Exhibits understanding of business acumen, and professional presence / soft skills, and displays qualities of a natural leader.
Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, team player attitude, and collaborative mindset.
Possesses problem solving abilities (conceptual, analytical, and quantitative).
Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Word, Outlook) or has ability to self-study.
