A Strategic Collector has responsibility for the management of a specifically assigned AR portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies independently. Act as a representative of the company in handling complaints and disputes with both internal and external customers. Provide consultation to management regarding assigned portfolio Make decisions regarding collections and credit status of customers within assigned portfolio Develop and recommend process and policy improvements to create efficiencies Provide policy interpretation as needed to internal stakeholders Act as a resource for a variety of requests for information pertaining to assigned portfolio #CB
