Greenhouse is looking for a Strategic Consultant to join our team!
The Strategic Consultant owns Greenhouse's largest and most complex paid strategic enablement engagement via Professional Services. You will be an integral member of the Customer Success and Professional Services teams, accelerating Greenhouse-led implementations and conducting system audits, strategic advisement, reconfigurations, and change management.
High proficiency with Greenhouse Recruiting is only part of the skillset we're looking for. A successful candidate will be skilled at distilling complex needs into digestible workflows and feels comfortable inspiring decision-makers to action.

You should have Extensive Greenhouse or ATS knowledge Project management experience Experience helping to build internal program and process improvements Excellent verbal and written communication skills; assertive, strategic, and thoughtful Demonstrated ability to manage and work well on a team, and adapt to a constantly changing environment with competing priorities Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate workshops with large audiences driving toward consensus and decision-making Your own unique talents! Your background has given you a unique perspective and set of transferable skills that aren't always in alignment with a given role - but those are qualities we value at Greenhouse. The national pay range for this role is $93,900 - $140,900. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
