We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world._ **Main responsibilities:** + Collaborate with the business development team to optimize operational processes and ensure smooth execution of deals and partnerships. + Assist in the preparation of business development reports, presentations, dashboards, and other critical communications. + Assist in the formulation and execution of business development strategies and initiatives to drive growth and achieve company objectives. + Contribute to the development of potential partner landscape analyses and build/buy/partner assessments. + Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential competitors, market trends, and emerging opportunities. + Monitor industry developments, track competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. + On a case-by-case basis, potential to support the Business Development (BD) leads in evaluation and execution of various business transactions, including licensing agreements, partnerships, and acquisitions. + Potential to contribute to due diligence efforts by gathering and analyzing relevant data, financial information, and market intelligence. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research and Development (R&D), finance, legal, and marketing, to ensure alignment and integration of business development activities with the overall company strategy. + Support the coordination of internal and external stakeholders throughout the deal-making process. **About you** **Experience** : + 1+ year of experience in the healthcare industry. + Understanding of R&D and digital technology. **Soft and Technical skills:** + Strong interest in the biopharmaceutical industry and business development. + Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools. + Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis would be an asset. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. + Willingness and ability to learn quickly, apply knowledge, and strong intellectual curiosity. **Education** : + Master’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Technology, Health Science or similar field. **Languages** : + Fluent English (written and verbal). **Why choose us?** iMove is a unique program tailored for European youth interested in challenging themselves with meaningful assignments across the globe.
