What you will do: Lead residential business expansion with a focus on both new customer and existing wallet share growth. Lead Customer Experience (CX) and sales growth associated with Focus Customers. Research and implement new product lines. Lead market expansion efforts. Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors. Perform other related duties as assigned. Moderate travel requirements as needed for business purposes. What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in the field of Business Management, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
