Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a pricing team, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and empowerment while aligning team efforts with organizational goals.Define and achieve department objectives focused on accuracy, responsiveness, invoicing, and service standards for internal and external customers.Oversee pricing and rebate processes, implementing policies and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and standardization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with company profitability goals and strategic initiatives.Ensure compliance with internal control requirements, participate in audits, and maintain accurate documentation of pricing activities.Provide training to team members and internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales teams) on critical pricing and rebate processes.Partner with IT to develop and optimize systems for pricing and rebate functions, including troubleshooting and ensuring system effectiveness.Act as a subject matter expert, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to support key business decisions and organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

6+ years of pricing and financial analysis experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldDeep understanding of pricing strategies, rebate processes, and the broader financial implications.Experience with SAP highly preferred Proven ability to build high-performing teams, foster employee development, and manage team growth.
