The Strategic Finance Manager 4 is responsible for leading the business strategy data analysis and aligning financial goals with business objectives. This position is critical in the successful execution of the Company’s long-range financial plan and provide data-driven insights in support of strategic initiatives across the company including M&A. The Strategic Finance Manager 4 will monitor trends and developments in the industry the economy and capital markets and will be responsible for conducting research and analysis of both internal and external financial business and technology trends including long term financial modeling.
What you will be doing Maintain detailed 3-statement financial model valuation model and other relevant industry and market modelsSupport strategic short and long-term business decisions through financial modeling and analysis of investment opportunitiesProvide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on company financial performance including metrics to help meet long term growth plansDevelop forecasts and analysis on customer and ARR related metrics while providing leadership on the implications of these metricsIdentify financial risks and opportunities through variance analysis scenario modeling and sensitivity analysisConduct market analysis and industry benchmarking to inform growth strategiesDevelop and present dashboards reports and executive summaries highlighting financial performance and KPIsIdentify areas for operational efficiencies and implement process improvements within the finance functionMaintain detailed financial model valuation model and other relevant industry and market modelsOperate as a trusted advisor on issues and trends; provide general consulting services leveraging expertise and significant best practice knowledgeOperate as an innovative thought leader; contribute significantly to the overall growth and quality of the department through knowledge sharing and coaching on current best practices and market trendsMentor coach train and provide feedback to other team members; provide feedback to leadership on abilities of teamComply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy What will make you successful Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience8 years of related experience in a senior financial or strategic role preferably in Enterprise SaaS within a high-growth environment.
