Our client, a non-profit organization, has an immediate need for a temporary to permanent Strategic Giving Database Administrator to join their busy Arlington, VA team!
About the Job:
* Generate various types of reports using the CRM.
* Track effectiveness of digital campaigns and create dashboards to support decision making.
* Assist with the implementation and maintenance of software tools.
* Maintain CRMs and identify and propose technology upgrades.
* Provide back-up support on financial tasks.
* Develop and enforce data policies and practices across the organization.
About You:
* 2+ years of data analytics and nonprofit reporting are required.
* Strong CRM experience, such as Raiser's Edge and Salesforce, is required.
* High proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and other nonprofit tools are required.
* A keen eye for detail with the ability to multitask.
About the Position:
* $28/hr-$34/hr, while temporary.
* $70K-$75K, when permanent.
* Hybrid with 2 days/week on-site.
* Metro Accessible in Arlington, VA.
