As a Strategic Healthcare Partner within Pfizer Oncology you will have the opportunity to work together with engaged professional colleagues in a collaborative team with innovative products and solutions that provide high value to patients and healthcare (both within oncology and hematology). You will have opportunities to shape your work and building your role.  

The Strategic Healthcare Partner (SHP) is a commercial customer facing role. The SHP takes a holistic view and partners with prioritized healthcare institutions / KOLs / HCPs to collaborate, co-create, inform and educate on initiatives that will improve patients’ outcomes.

As SHP you will be focused on gaining insights and understand the needs of healthcare institutions, HCPs and patients, and focus on meeting those needs by education, information and collaboration with healthcare and internal colleagues.

Internal cooperation will include your colleagues within the commercial team as well as colleagues in the medical organization.  

Role Responsibilities include: 

With a mindset driven by customer-centricity, collaboration and science you will work closely with peers and stakeholders to  

Understand the health care landscape for oncology and hematology patients on a national as well as regional level, make a solid account plan to build long lasting mutual relations with key customers based on science to drive initiatives for clear patient value 

Analyze and understand opportunities and challenges, be an important part of the strategic team, execute accordingly and achieve set goals

Initiate and lead projects with focus on patient journeys and patient outcomes, often in collaboration with healthcare

Provide scientific information via multi- and omnichannel communication to the customer target group via the customer preferred channel​ 

Ensure customer centric science-based support by engaging with customers through both in-person and virtual interactions​ 

Responsible for gaining and sharing customer and patient insights and act on those to meet customer needs 

Responsible for updating and analyzing performance and customer engagement in relevant systems to facilitate effective internal reporting for follow-up and planning

 

Your profile, skills and competencies:

Science oriented with drive to achieve targets and objectives 

Obvious external focus on patients and customers to understand their needs and deliver long term patient values 

Accountability, quick adaptation to changes and strong innovative capability

Powerful regional planning skills and effective in execution 

Self-going with high ability to work with different people and transform insights into actions

Good understanding of the national and regional healthcare system, as well as key influencing points to impact in these 

Analytical skills to identify and solve key issues and respond to customer needs

Fluent in Swedish, located in Swede

Work with high ethical standard and apply Pfizer and LIF/LER rules and SOPs

This position is located in Stockholm, Sweden on a regular field based contract.  

Note: Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English is a requirement.
