Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the program lifecycle, aligning with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Develop and implement control strategies to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements and objectives. Oversee assessment of systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities. Manage risks and issues related to control activities. Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and partners. Monitor and report on program progress to senior management. Utilize data analysis tools like Alteryx and Excel for decision-making.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
5 years of experience in project management or related field. Proven track record in managing large-scale control projects. Strong data management skills with proficiency in Alteryx and Excel. Experience in developing governance frameworks and control strategies. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Bachelor’s degree required.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, MBA, CRISC). Experience in strategic advisory, financing, payments, and risk services. Ability to mentor and develop talent within the organization.This role requires going into the office 5 days a week
