In this role, you will:

Assist in the evaluating, closing and ongoing monitoring of investments as part of a deal teamComplete assigned portfolio management and industry research activitiesGather and synthesize dataDevelop financial models related to assigned new and existing investment opportunities, as well as, restructuring and liquidity eventsIdentify new investments and existing portfolio investments, financial modeling and dataContribute to and evaluate due diligence requests, legal entity management work, and other activities to prepare investment proposals for approval and bookingBuild relationships within the venture investments and private equity community

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Strategic Investment Management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

2+ years' work experience in one or a combination of: venture capital, private equity, or investment bankingCompletion or expected completion of an Investment Banking program preferredFamiliarity with evaluating and executing transactions related to private equity, venture capital, or credit related transactionsStrong skills in financial modeling (e.g., create/manage financial models, valuation methodologies— DCF analysis, comparable company analysis, etc)Strong accounting skills and ability to analyze financial statementsPassion for, knowledge of, and/or experience in the Fintech or technology industry preferredAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skillsStrong integrity, work ethic, and a team playerHigh level of initiative and accountabilityStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work independently or in teams and thrive in a fast paced, loosely-structured, entrepreneurial environmentGraduate level degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent expertise preferred

Base Salary Range

138,500.00 - 287,600.00 USD Annual

Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.
