The Headlines:

    

Strategic Network Modeler for the Americas will be responsible for +3 year to +10 Year planning of the North America network model.  They will partner with stakeholders such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering and Distribution to best create long range strategic plans to optimize our network for the best production, transportation, distribution, inbound supplier sourcing, cost and service model.  This role will also do strategic what if analysis for North America, optimizing our brewery network cross boarder, including but not limited to looking at contract partners to add to our network to lower our overall fixed cost.  This role has to have extensive modeling experience. 

 

The Responsibilities:

 

Maintain the strategic North American +3 year Planning Model for CapEx planning Maintain the strategic North American +10 year Planning Model for Procurement Sourcing Partner with key stakeholders on strategic initiatives for North America (ex: adding a keg line) Work cross functionally within the network optimization team on key projects

 

The Other Qualifications:

 

Modeling Experience Required, Supply Chain Guru preferred Operations Research  background The ability to gather relevant hard & soft data from systems and personnel at various levels within the organization The Ability to compile a report of findings and make presentations to leadership Mathematical programming techniques, including linear programming Statistical methods and test hypotheses The Ability to make recommendations to inform the decision-making process The ability to present clear and persuasive explanation of complex processes to a non-technical audience.
