Working with IT, creative, internal strategists and third-party vendors, you will advocate for the adoption of email best practices, partner to govern channel health, and support the rollout of new tools, technologies and marketing programs. Success in this role will require you to understand the business needs of partners/teams across the organization, evaluate customer engagement and help uncover new and innovative ways to improve performance within the channel. The ideal candidate will have: + Exceptional problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically, ask relevant questions and understand the connections across projects and business units + Project management experience, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution tasks + Ability to communicate complex matters concisely, summarizing data sets and sharing meaningful insights at various organizational levels + Strong work ethic, perseverance, and a desire to succeed, coupled with initiative and resourcefulness You will report to the Retail Marketing Senior Manager. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Keeping multiple projects moving forward, including managing follow ups, communicating issues, documenting requirements, and tracking statuses and next steps + Collaborating with MORE team members and subject matter experts to investigate data gaps and highlight/communicate opportunities to improve the customer experience + Becoming a go-to resource for business partners and leaders looking to access and understand engagement metrics and helping educate them on new functionality influencing their programs + Supporting the adoption and enhanced usage of our email service provider’s platform and services + Assisting business partners and leaders in identifying, understanding, and collaboratively developing channel strategies to drive incremental sales and share growth + Working with internal strategists to distill their business needs into actionable project requirements **Required Qualifications** + 3+ years experience in cross-channel marketing + 1+ year experience presenting customer engagement insights and/or project management **Preferred Qualifications** + Previous experience in email marketing + Previous experience keeping multiple projects on track in various phases + Previous experience using Excel, PowerPoint or other relevant tools to synthesize data and share findings **Education** Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of related experience **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $122,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
