Strategic Marketing Leader, Diversified Products

Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications.  We are looking for an Strategic Marketing Leader, Diversified Products working remotely.

 

Job Summary:

As the Strategic Marketing Leader, Diversified Products for Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT), you will develop the channel marketing strategy for Insulfoam and Carlisle HVAC Brands in alignment with key sales initiatives to drive engagement and revenue. Your efforts will be focused on leading campaign development and orchestrating execution, providing day-to-day support to facilitate sales’ success, partnering with product management to launch new products, and addressing other customer and sales personnel needs. You will engage with a variety of B2B audiences including architects, consultants, contractors, and distributors.

 

Currently this role is 100% remote with the expectation to travel to Kimberton, PA and/or Carlisle, PA 1-2 times per month.  

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement channel marketing strategy to support corporate growth and financial goals Develop and lead execution of annual marketing plans for the channel Responsible for managing annual channel spend Generate demand through a broad mix of digital and traditional channels and measure results against key metrics Coordinate with digital marketing to develop and deploy targeted Account Based Marketing (ABM), SEO, SEM and related digital ad campaigns and ensure effective execution and key metric tracking via relevant dashboards Support integration of CWT brands and products sold into the commercial channel Establish performance metrics for marketing campaigns and track and report results; analyze and course-correct programs Support creative development of content for website, email, social media, public relations, traditional and digital advertising, tradeshows, sales aids, published articles and other vehicles as appropriate Collaborate to identify and evaluate new product opportunities to ensure a robust new product pipeline Lead the process to commercialize and launch new products Monitor competitive activity and adjust strategies as appropriate to maximize share growth Support channel partners with marketing and merchandising programs that drive brand awareness, loyalty, and revenue Ensure external facing materials are accurate and meet graphic standards Manage inventory and fulfillment of samples and collateral materials to meet sales and customer requirements Lead qualitative and/or quantitative voice of customer research to determine needs and identify opportunities Provide product launch support and collaborate with Product Management on new product planning and commercialization Develop a deep understanding of commercial markets and customers

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Self-motivated, well-organized, team player with strong communication skills and a bias for action A strong collaborator who can drive consensus and articulate program recommendations and trade-offs to senior executives Experience and/or aptitude around developing content to support traditional and digital marketing campaigns Experience in the construction industry with builders, contractors and architects strongly preferred Demonstrated experience and success with digital demand generation that drives business results Experience assessing and launching sales enablement tools and processes Deep customer-journey minded approach to digital, social media and website development Experience partnering with business leads and creative teams to deliver quality content and meet deadlines Understanding of website metrics, data analysis and reporting tools Knowledge of software applications including Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics strongly preferred Strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Education and Experience:

Required: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Working Conditions:

This position primarily involves work in the standard office environment, although it is sometimes necessary to perform limited amounts of work at manufacturing facilities and job sites typical of the construction trade. Occasional travel to other Company facilities and trade shows in the United States and Canada is also required. The work schedule is consistent with normal business hours, although  weekend or after-business hours work may occasionally be required.
