Victaulic Job Description Position:           Strategic Marketing Supervisor / Manager Reports To:      Marketing DirectorLocation:          Easton, Pennsylvania - Victaulic Global Headquarters  The dedicated members of the Victaulic Marketing organization are driven by our shared desire to best serve our customers. As a member of our marketing organization, the Strategic Marketing Supervisor / Manager will play a pivotal role in these efforts.The Strategic Marketing Supervisor / Manager will work across key stakeholder groups to develop and drive forward a global marketing strategy to protect our company image and manage our customer-facing image/message/impact. This role will establish, uphold and as required, update the guidelines for all customer-facing content including visual elements and arrangements, as well as writing style – voice and tone. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customer-facing image is distinctive, cohesive and consistent across all channels. It is critical for this role to work strategically with all applicable stakeholders including but not limited to marcom managers globally, digital marketing team, product managers, corporate communication and training.   The ideal candidate possesses a natural ability to collaborate across functions and embodies a blend of creative vision and strategic thinking.  Specific Responsibilities: Fuel our company growth by developing on a holistic strategy to protect our market identity Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to drive a consistent, positive image of Victaulic in our markets around the world. Collaborate with marketing peers to stay up to date on competitor positioning within markets and regions to ensure Victaulic is differentiated.  Ensure a well-balanced, cohesive market identity across all platforms and communications, including digital, print, and in-person. Establish, uphold and as required, update the guidelines for all customer-facing content including visual elements and arrangements, as well as writing style – voice and tone. (Includes, but not limited to visual guidelines, taglines, and market-agnostic content – selling materials and promotional content)Where visual standards don’t exist, as in the case in new marketing vehicles or use cases, spearhead the coordinated development and implementation of creative guidelines to capitalize on those new use cases. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on image-related matters such as consulting with HR on recruiting strategiesDevelop and manage annual budget  Provide onsite support for customer events as needed To best manage public perception and ensure consistency internally and externally, this role will support teams with all customer-facing communication This includes collaborating with the MarCom team on market-specific communications as well as the Corporate Communications team to ensure the alignment of messaging and communication tactics to employees and the community. Reporting & Presentation: Work to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) related to market identity that can be tracked. Prepare regular reports and presentations on performance, insights, and strategic recommendations. Innovation: Seek continuous learning, self education, and networking opportunities with marketing professionals – stay on top of trends and technology including the adoption of AI to help scale effortsVendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness of outsourced activities. Establish a bench of trusted partners to quickly leverage as needs arise.Continuity Planning: Develop and implement contingency plans for the team’s riskiest work to minimize disruptions related to unexpected events.  Skills & Qualifications:College degree in marketing and/or communications required7+ years of experience in B2B content marketing including strategy development. Construction industry experience highly desired.Considerable experience with digital marketing strategies including social media strategies and platforms as well as content and asset management systems. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations. Public relations experience desired, but not required.Excellent project management, organizational and scheduling skills Experience managing external vendors and consultants to ensure project success  Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding cross-functional teams.Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SalesForce) desiredMust have computer skills and knowledge of relevant software including MS Office, SharePoint, virtual meeting applications and current Internet technologies. Photoshop skills desired. Ability to work independently when required as well as work well across regions/time zones as part of a global team Additional Information: Travel Requirements: Some travel may be required (5%)Work Environment: On-site work is expected.
