At Revolution Foods, we’re on a mission to transform how communities access fresh, healthy meals. As we scale to meet growing demand, we’re building a stronger operational foundation and we’re looking for a hands-on, Strategic Operations Project Manager to help lead the way.

This role is ideal for a dynamic project leader who thrives on driving cross-functional initiatives, solving operational challenges, and bringing structure to fast-paced environments. You’ll be instrumental in launching a Program Management Office (PMO) and leading key initiatives across Food Production and the broader Supply Chain — from Procurement and Planning to Distribution and Transportation.

The Opportunity

You will lead the execution of high-priority projects that unlock new capabilities or improve efficiency across our operations. Working directly with Senior Leadership, you’ll identify, prioritize, and implement strategic initiatives that help us reach our operational and financial goals. You’ll also build and formalize tools, processes, and training to grow project management capabilities across the company.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end project execution, including scoping, planning, resourcing, and delivering cross-functional initiatives on time and within budget.

· Partner with senior leaders to identify and prioritize projects aligned with strategic objectives.

· Launch and build the internal PMO, including frameworks, tools, and best practices for project planning, prioritization, and reporting.

· Mentor others and develop training materials to strengthen project management capabilities company wide.

· Facilitate collaboration, remove roadblocks, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders and leadership.

· Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and other operational teams to ensure solutions align with business and compliance needs (e.g. food safety, shelf life, nutrition).

· Partner with IT and Data teams to scope system enhancements that enable operational success.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or PMP certification strongly preferred

· 3–5+ years of experience in management consulting or leading business implementation projects, ideally within food or consumer goods industries

· Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously

· Experience in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a proactive, adaptable mindset

· Skilled in project planning and collaboration tools, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

· Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

· Analytical and business-savvy, with a big-picture mindset and a bias for action

· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

· Comfortable working in both office settings and occasionally on the production floor or in refrigerated warehouse environments

Salary Range: $125,000 – $155,000
