Title:

Strategic Planner

KBR is seeking a seasoned technical project and program management professional to support the Aviation Product Lifecycle Management (AvPLM) program. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advising teams on technology alternatives, development approaches, and strategic processes. This role involves developing both short-term and long-term plans for Product Lifecycle Management.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans for aviation product lifecycle management.Contribute to the strategic technology and operations plans.Lead the development of Non-Recurring and Recurring project costs and regularly brief leadership on project status and execution.Oversee the development and expansion of technology project trackers across team sites.Manage and supervise technology teams.Lead the integration of advanced technologies into the PLM process.Brief and coordinate with high-level stakeholders regarding the implementation of strategic goals.Host and support strategic discussions with military and government entities on PLM strategies and implementations.Assist with the establishment of new organizational branches as required.

Basic Qualifications:

Must be a US Citizen. Must have SECRET Security clearance.BS/BA and 12+  years of experience (Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree).Extensive experience in technology management, project oversight, and strategic planning within the aviation industry.Proven track record of leading and supervising technology teams and managing complex projects.Strong understanding of intellectual property management and agreements.Experience with network and IT management in a development environment.Knowledge of additive manufacturing and advanced technologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and provide leadership in a dynamic environment.Background in aviation product lifecycle management and strategic planning.

This position may offer a flexible remote working environment.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week.

Compensation:   $119,500- $179,200. The salary range posted is based on the national average. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s location, knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
