PRIMARY\nRESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Accountable for all aspects of strategic planning and marketing for related business segment
2.Responsible for analysis of regional market trends (including FHs forecasting), threats, and opportunities, setting regional business priorities, developing strategic initiatives and milestones.
3.Analyze customers' and competitors' strategies and determine implications for us to differentiate in the market. Performs segmentation analysis and develops the strategy that fits our competencies
4.Lead regional strategic marketing or business development activities. Drive regional new growth initiative and adjacencies incubation and development.
5.Work with regional teams to ensure strategies are consistent, communicated, and actionable
6.Work closely with Product Families and leadership to influence portfolio shaping actions for the APAC aftermarket business
7.Work with regional teams and drive / support customer events. Interface with (potential) customers and partners to promote our products & services
8.Routine support on reporting and presentation to the APAC / global leadership.YOU\nMUST HAVE:
1.Extensive experience in the Aviation or related industry
2.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline
3.Extensive experience in strategy or product marketing or management consulting or business development or other relevant discipline
4.Strong interview and market research skills. Experience leading Segmentation, VOC, and business plans.
5.Strong and demonstrated B2B analytical, financial, strategic thinking and marketing skills
6.Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English. Ability to effectively frame and communicate complex messages in a concise manner (both written & orally)
7.Excellent team and people skills, ability to lead and thrive in a matrix environment and to work across functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.
8.Professional presence and ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
9.Skilled in Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint & Excel
