We’re looking for an experienced Strategic Product Manager to bring analytical rigor and leadership to our Wealth-related products, driving improved decision-making and financial outcomes.

In this role, you will develop the analytics product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Alight Wealth, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance user experiences and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and implement a comprehensive, analytics-driven product strategy aligned with business goals and market opportunities.Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data insights, customer feedback, and market trends to define, prioritize, and enhance product features.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and ensure effective product delivery.Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track product performance metrics (e.g., customer satisfaction, usage trends) to make data-driven adjustments that optimize outcomes.Market Insight: Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform strategy and uncover new opportunities.Leadership Representation: Represent the product vision internally and externally, presenting to senior leadership, clients, and partners.

Requirements

Analytical Expertise: 5+ years of experience in product management with strong analytical skills, focusing on data-driven strategic planning and execution.Lifecycle Management: Proven ability to manage products through their entire lifecycle, with a strong record of achieving key performance metrics and KPIs.Quantitative & Qualitative Discovery: Skilled in analyzing data trends and engaging with clients to derive actionable insights.Technical Analytics Skills: Experience or familiarity with SQL, Python, Pandas, Google Analytics, or other technical tools is a plus.Agile & Product Management Tools: Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira is beneficial.Industry Experience: Experience in HR, health, wealth, or customer experience-related products is a plus.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

112,700 USD

Maximum :

178,900 USD
