Position Summary:
The Strategic Program Director – ClearWellness will oversee the ClearWellness program, driving the success of its various initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires a strong background in senior care or healthcare and the ability to make strategic decisions in collaboration with company executives. The director will act as the central figure in managing the program portfolio, providing thought leadership, and fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. The position requires advanced writing skills, communication, project & program management, analytical and organization skills, and a passion for leading structured change. The Strategic Program Director manages highly complex initiatives, across organizations, leading both technical and non-technical team members, managing deadlines, risk, and communicating effectively to cross-functional stakeholder teams and leaders. The position requires innovative thinking balanced with an operational focus to implement efficiencies and programs at scale. The position is empowered to deliver change and keenly aware of how and when to utilize executive steering support.
This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO).
What you will do:
+ Strategic Leadership:
+ Develop and implement a comprehensive program strategy to drive ClearWellness initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the needs of senior communities.
+ Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership on program direction and potential new projects.
+ Program Oversight
+ Manage the lifecycle of wellness-focused initiatives, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
+ Engage with various departments—including finance, marketing, operations, technology and sales—to ensure strategic alignment.
+ Develop, manage, and monitor project and program budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively. Identify and mitigate financial and resource risks, ensuring the responsible use of organizational resources.
+ Define measurable goals for program success and monitor progress against KPIs.
+ Healthcare Expertise
+ Leverage a deep understanding of senior care and healthcare operations to guide program development.
+ Ensure initiatives comply with healthcare standards and regulations, delivering meaningful value to the senior care community.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Build strong relationships across departments such as marketing, operations, technology, and sales, using influence and negotiation skills to drive alignment and cooperation.
+ Build consensus across stakeholders, fostering a unified approach to ClearWellness program execution.
+ Stakeholder Engagement
+ Act as the primary liaison between the program team and senior leadership, providing regular updates and insights on program performance.
+ Represent ClearWellness at senior care industry events, building relationships with partners and stakeholders.
+ Continuous Improvement
+ Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in wellness program management.
+ Leverage best practices in program management to improve organizational effectiveness.
+ Change Management
+ Act as a change agent within the organization, fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and forward-thinking. Support the adoption of new technologies, processes, and systems that align with strategic goals.
+ Drive adoption of new wellness technologies, processes, and approaches, positioning ClearWellness as a leader in senior care innovation.
+ Anticipate potential obstacles and develop mitigation strategies to address risks that could impact program success. Proactively communicate risks and opportunities to senior management

Qualifications:
+ Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Strategic Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or Master’s degree is highly preferred.
+ Experience : Minimum of 10- 12 years of experience in strategic program or project management, with a strong focus on leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex initiatives. Previous experience in a senior care, healthcare management, or strategic program leadership role that required influence without direct authority is essential.
+ Leadership : Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proven track record of influencing organizational leaders and building consensus in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment.
+ Program and Project Management Expertise : Minimum 6 years of experience in understanding of program management methodologies and tools (such as Agile, Lean, and Waterfall). Experience with portfolio management and delivering multiple projects simultaneously is highly preferred.
+ Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations, senior care best practices, and wellness program trends.
+ Financial Acumen : Proven experience managing budgets for large-scale programs, with strong financial reporting and forecasting skills.
+ Analytical Skills : Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make evidence-based decisions to guide programs forward.
+ Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex strategies and program details to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
+ Negotiation and Conflict Resolution : Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts and align diverse viewpoints towards a shared vision.
+ Certifications : PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is a plus. CSM certification is also a plus

Work Environment:
100% Remote: Work environment is at home.
Compensation :
$144,800 to $173,000/yr prospectively plus 15% bonus with consideration to experience and geographical location . Please see www.clearcaptions.com/careers for an overview of our generous benefits program.
