Strategic Program Manager
**QUALIFICATIONS:** + Minimum of five years of active Complex Program or Portfolio Management or Directing experience. + Program Management and/or PMP certification required. + Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred. + ITIL certification preferred. + Organizational Change Management (OCM) Experience. + Wide range of methodology experience, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, certification, or proven experience. + Experienced with emerging or commodity technologies, such as Cloud, AI, Route Switch, Cyber Security, UC, Genesis, Wireless and Application Services. + Cyber Security experience a plus. + Professional Services direct customer experience strongly preferred. + Tool Experience – Smartsheet, MS Project, Flow Charting, Salesforce CRM, PPM tools, and Service Now experience a plus. + Supply Chain process experience. **Want to learn more about Infrastructure Services?
