Join the Technology Platform Readiness team to help ensure SWIFT will be ready to operate and support new key initiatives and strategic programmes.

Our team is engaged in a variety of commercial, strategic and/or internal key initiatives. You will be working with other Agile teams throughout the company to coordinate transversal activities to achieve the goals set by the programme team or key stakeholders.

What to expect

In this role you will be managing Technology Platform Readiness activities of programmes, initiatives or projects of medium complexity, risk and business significance to SWIFT in line with the company's strategy and plan, in close liaison with all relevant departments or Agile teams.

As a dynamic Readiness Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Lead the Technology Platform Readiness of major commercial, strategic and/or infrastructure programmes/initiatives/projectsActively engage with key stakeholders in Technology Platform, Customer Experience, Products, Innovation and other groups within SWIFTRepresent Technology Platform operational teams in each phase of a programme/initiative/project and ensure their requirements are taken into accountFollow-up on the development, testing and deployment of these requirements with the appropriate development teams and squadsIdentify and manage risks, escalate issues and help define solutions and follow-up actions when appropriateProvide clear and precise updates to Senior Management of Technology Platform and other key stakeholdersCommunicate timely and clearly to all impacted operational teamsEngage and lead virtual teams to develop and execute the Operational Readiness plans for these groupsEnsure Operational Readiness Tests are prepared, planned and executed timely

These assignments will help you also grow and learn about the different products and services delivered by SWIFT to its community.

What will make you successful

We are seeking professionals with:

University degree in IT/engineering/science/economics/MBA or equivalent qualification/experienceAt least 5 years in project or program management, or equivalent roles requiring strong coordination of complex activities of a large number of (remote) teams in different time zones across the organization.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in an Operational environment is a strong plus.Proficient knowledge of Office, Collaboration and Reporting tools (e.g. MS Teams, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, Office tools, ...)Experience in effective interaction with, and reporting to senior leadership is a plus.Experience with SWIFT and understanding its Products and Services is a plus.Experience in working with Agile teams is a plus.
