Shift: M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM
Type: Contract (Duration: 1 Year)
Pay: $47.75/hour 

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 4 years of relevant work experience 2+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and/or HRIS (preferably Workday) Background in recruiting and sourcing talent for Manufacturing and STEM fields Proficiency in sourcing via internet research, search engines, boolean search strings, and data mining Comfort with investing time in proactive, strategic relationship-building efforts

High level of initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing demands with flexibility and resilience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Experience leveraging social media and networking to source candidates

Additional Information:

Travel required (approximately 10-25%) Based in Indianapolis, IN This position is for a fixed term of 12 months, with potential for extension

Responsibilities:

Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating to identify and attract diverse scientific talent using lead generation, expert sourcing strategies, and market research Build and maintain relationships with multicultural organizations to support diversity initiatives Attend career fairs to promote the company brand and recruit diverse talent locally and nationally Reach out to diversity associations for both active and passive referrals Work with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to enhance referrals, sourcing, and inclusion of diverse candidates Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, niche websites, CRM systems, and passive sourcing techniques to find candidates Provide labor market intelligence and recruitment trends to optimize diversity sourcing strategies Use social media to attract diverse talent and promote the company’s brand Manage vendor relationships for sourcing services Meet and exceed monthly and annual sourcing goals, including leads, contacts, candidates, hires, and diversity metrics Track and report all sourcing activities and results, leveraging systems to build a strong talent pool Present regular updates on sourcing progress and metrics to internal stakeholders #M3
