Provide strategic leadership in the identification and implementation of foundational consistencies Partner with key stakeholders in the establishment of new processes/protocol Partner with key stakeholders in the creation of an onboarding/training program, as well as lead efforts in the maintenance of standardsVendor Management: Liaison with key stakeholders (e.g. Program Lead, National Accounts, JLL, etc.) on challenges, process improvement opportunities, supply chain items and proactive initiatives as it relates to CFA vendors Minimum Qualifications 8 years of relevant work experienceBackground in Construction, Development, Real Estate, or Project Management related to these fields. The National Alignment team was established to partner with ER Real Estate and Strategic Reinvestment to support the development and construction of major capital investments at existing restaurants. The Principal Program Lead role will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing program changes as well as establishing efficiencies for the entire program. They will require a “can do” “get it done” attitude with the ability to bring others along in the process. This person will contribute innovative thinking and imagine future needs.
