Trading since 1989, e.surv Chartered Surveyors is the UK's number one residential surveyor and the largest provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services. We are part of the LSL Property Services plc Group and work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents in addition to private customers.

 

We are seeking a Strategic Relationship Director to join our successful Senior Leadership Team. In this influential role, you will spearhead the enhancement of our strategic and commercial engagements with B2B clients. Your primary focus will be on driving the development and execution of our business development strategy, with a keen emphasis on surveyor-led and data-driven valuation services. Additionally, you will lead the charge in pioneering innovative ventures, including energy efficiency solutions, positioning our business at the forefront of industry innovation. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth while optimising profitability across our client portfolio.

 

You'll lead a high-performing team of Strategic Account Managers and Bid-Writing Managers, guiding them through contract negotiations and strategic initiatives aligned with our company's goals and market opportunities. Collaborating closely with other senior management, including our MD and SMEs, you'll identify and pursue new tender opportunities, ensuring that our strategic interactions with clients maximise mutual value and foster long-term partnerships.

 

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities through market research and client feedback, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance our service offerings. With your extensive experience in B2B sales and strategic business development, supported by a strong background in property, financial services or related sectors, you'll drive our business forward while staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
