ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Foster connectivity and effective communication to develop and recommend real estate strategies that align with corporate objectives. 2. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of business units’ organizational structure, real estate portfolio, initiatives and objectives and synthesize pertinent information for CREW stakeholders. 3. Lead planning sessions with Operating Council and/or Business Unit Leaders to identify growth plans and key initiatives impacting the corporate real estate portfolio. 4. Apply critical thinking to scenario planning and prepare high quality business case documentation for business unit leader socialization and formal project approval. 5. Develop feasibility analysis and milestone schedule for use in project development and driving stakeholder accountability. 6. Promote cross‐functional internal partnerships with strategic planning, transaction management, finance, and project managers. 7. Evaluate projects in tandem with other CREW stakeholders and 3rd party project management partners from ideation and approval to completion, to ensure Business’ expectations are met and/or early issue resolution occurs. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training 4. Seven years of commercial real estate or comparable experience 5. Two years of experience in negotiations within a professional environment 6. General banking knowledge 7. Strong verbal and written communication skills 8. Interpersonal, leadership and analytical skills 9. Experience with financial analysis 10. Familiarity with project management 11.
