As a Strategic Relationship Manager - Partnerships at Swift, you will play a pivotal role in improving our global partnerships and driving the adoption of our services. You will join a dynamic and ambitious team dedicated to innovation and excellence in the financial industry. What to expect

In this role, you will:

Expand and deepen existing partnerships while identifying new opportunities for collaborationEstablish and maintain trust with partners through reliable, transparent, and respectful communicationDrive delivery by serving as a primary point of contact, addressing operational and strategic matters, including onboarding, integration, and go liveCoordinate efforts across sales, product, legal, and operations teams to ensure partner outcomesProactively handle customer issues to prevent disruptions in partnershipsAlign Swift's goals with those of our partners for mutual success, collaborating on joint business plansShare market insights and trends to help both Swift and our partners succeed.Apply Customer Relationship Management tools for tracking interactions and opportunitiesLeverage data insights to make informed decisions and optimize partnershipsEstablish important metrics and monitor performance to ensure targets are met

What will make you successful?

We are seeking professionals with:

Proven experience in strategic partnerships or business development, especially in Payments, Banking, or Financial TechnologyStrong knowledge of the Payments and Fintech Industry ecosystem, operational and business modelsExcellent communication and relationship management skillsA collaborative approach, open to continuous learning and updating relevant technology skillsStrong collaborator who excels under pressure and effectively manages relationshipsA university degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalentAt least 5 years of experience in Relationship Management

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with Swift products and servicesStrong accountability mindset to successfully drive and orchestrate delivery end to endStrong analytical skills to leverage data and drive partnership successAbility to prioritize and focus on achieving both individual and company objectivesInnovative, open-minded, and curious individuals who thrive in a multicultural team environmentSolid understanding of API based integration / services.
