About the Job

Bitdefender, a global leader in cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Renewal Team Manager to lead a high-performing team of Strategic Renewal Representatives (SRRs). This role is pivotal in driving our customer retention and account expansion efforts. You will oversee a team responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned renewals and collaborating closely with sellers on key focus accounts. Your primary mission will be to accelerate expansion opportunities and enhance retention rates across our customer base.

 

Key Focus Areas:

Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of SRRs with a strong focus on driving retention, expansion, and consistently exceeding targets. Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with sellers and cross-functional teams to align renewal activities with broader account strategies. Renewal & Retention Optimization: Oversee the management of a renewal pool and implement strategies to maximize retention rates and customer satisfaction. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine renewal and expansion processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Leadership Experience: 3+ years in a leadership role within customer success, account management, or sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Sales Success: Proven track record of achieving retention and growth targets. Coaching & Development: Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals, helping them achieve personal and team goals. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align renewal and retention strategies with broader business objectives and adapt to dynamic market conditions. Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to drive performance and decision-making. CRM Proficiency: Experience with tools like Salesforce CRM and renewal management platforms. Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
