We are seeking a Strategic Renewals Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA or Austin, TX office.  

Job Summary 

The Imprivata Customer Experience department is looking for a Strategic Renewals Manager to join us in our mission of “Customers for Life”. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of North America Renewals, you’ll become an integral part of our dynamic group. We’re a team of energetic individuals who work closely together, aiming high to achieve our company goals. Duties and Responsibilities

Exceed booking quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basisManage all aspects of the renewal process by articulating our value proposition across our full product suite to drive long-term growthComfort negotiating complex deals ranging from $50K to $750K+ per year with various contract types and licensing modelsNegotiate multi-year terms, which includes consolidating contracts and usage/price increasesManage and negotiate the efforts to convert customers to our SaaS/Cloud offeringsAccurately review usage and incorporate into the annual True Up processGenerate timely proposals and quotes in accordance with customer/partner agreementsProvide precise renewal pricing forecasts, timing, and risk assessmentElevate account trends to Executive Team for awareness or action plan for resolutionPartner with the Business Operations team to ensure data integrity within Salesforce.comCollaborate with Customer Success, Project Management, Sales, and Services to formulate and implement renewal strategies, enhance product adoption, and mitigate churn risksWork closely with Finance and Legal to ensure orders are booked following company guidelinesOther duties as assigned and required

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience8+ years in selling or renewing technology solutions, Healthcare is a plusDemonstrated history of exceeding booking targetsComfort managing and negotiating a large volume of renewalsAbility to tactfully close deals with a high degree of integrity and independenceHighly organized with strong attention to detailStrong oral, written and presentation skillsEffective presentation, negotiation and closing skillsStrong time management, organizational and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentDynamic, high-energy, and is a self-starterPossess the drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced companyA passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity and creativityThis position offers a salary range of $107,000.00 to $150,000.00 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata’s benefit offerings can be found here. This salary range represents the high and low end of Imprivata’s salary range for this position.
