Strategic Sales Account Manager - VAR
Kforce's client, a small but growing and established engineering technology company in Orem, UT is seeking a Strategic Account Manager preferably with VAR or Distributor experience or familiarity. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this exclusive search assignment. The company offers an aggressive compensation package including generous annual bonus plan between 30 to 50% or more depending on sales achievements (Capped at 100% of base). Responsibilities: * Position needs to be able to execute complex selling process (multiple decision makers, locations) * Develops and executes a Strategic Account Sales Plan in a manner directed by the Company * Will work with trusted partners who work with the end customers * Meets revenue goals, achieves growth initiatives and targeted sales goals * Combination of transaction-oriented skills with negotiation and contract management ability * Educate customer(s) as to the intrinsic benefits of the company's electrical-mechanical IoT products and other Company products and emerging market programs * Demonstrate various products and features using sample or display product when meeting with customers * Maintain accurate and timely Customer Relationship Management information in the manner set forth by the Company * Report business transactions, customer acquisition or service problems, competitive developments, and market assessments on a monthly basis * Support and participate in the organization's Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001:2015 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS objectives * Understand the implications of not conforming to QMS requirements * Meet or exceed sales quota targets * Operate Microsoft Office Suite, computer presentation software, and customer relationship management software * Communicate effectively with external and internal customers * Complete daily call schedule and planned customer visitations
