Strategic Senior Partner Manager

What You'll Do:

We are in search of a Strategic Senior Partner Manager, reporting to the Director of Business Development, located in our New York City office. This person will have a strong understanding of all aspects of the ad-tech and mar-tech ecosystems and will lead our global initiatives with Creative, Measurement, and Commerce platforms. This role’s primary responsibility is to launch & develop successful partnerships through strategic collaboration and co-marketing activities to drive revenue through partner channels.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with creativity to execute on high-impact programs. This individual contributor role will help shape the joint solution marketing and collateral strategy for our partner interactions with sales, including messaging, sales enablement, and go-to-market. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong project management experience, and close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders including sales, product marketing, field marketing and business leaders.

What You'll Do

Source, evaluate and integrate new partnerships with Commerce technology platforms, Measurement and Creative, in tight alignment with Product requirements.

Work closely with the other members of the Partnerships team as well as key partners and stakeholders across Product, Legal and Commercial (both Supply and Demand) teams to support our partner development strategy.

Promote the value of Criteo partnerships to clients and prospects through PR, webinars, blog posts, events and co-marketing.

Develop processes and playbooks to scale partnerships through account mapping, pitch collaboration and execution.

Develop solutions to address key operational challenges, customer pain points, and sources of friction.

Define and implement mechanisms to gather and translate customer feedback into product requirements.

Serve as an escalation point for key customer issues and opportunities.

Provide data-driven insights to improve advertiser demand and performance.

Develop, track, analyze, execute against partner account plans, and communicate key quantitative metrics internally and to partners.

Who You Are:

8+ years of experience in a partner management or partner marketing role.

Experience working collaboratively with product managers, analysts, and commercial leaders

Background in advertising technology or B2B SaaS (Audience Activation, Measurement & analytics experience a plus)

Experience negotiating commercial deals with, including scaling such deals across multiple partners

Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, and a sense of urgency around delivering on team and individual goals. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.

Successful track record of operationalizing and growing new business initiatives.

Experience translating concepts and insights into marketing programs.

A demonstrated ability to evangelize and influence across all levels of an organization.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$148,000 - $190,000
