JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Strategic Services Associate, Business Development to oversee business development, relationship management, and integration project management for Duke Health Integrated Practice. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing the integration of new projects and services. The role will collaborate closely with senior leadership, business partners, and project teams to ensure alignment with DHIP and DUHS’s strategic goals for growth and network development.

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue. Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development strategies. Develop and implement business development plans that align with organizational goals.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors. Serve as the primary point of contact for business development initiatives and projects. Foster collaboration and communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Integration Project Management:

Oversee the integration of new projects and services, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with strategic goals. Identify and mitigate risks associated with integration projects.

 

JOB ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required). Master’s degree in a related field (preferred). At least 5 years of experience in business development, relationship management, or project management, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing complex projects. Experience can be supplemented with Master's degree with a Masters being equivalent to two years of experience. Experience working in healthcare settings, understanding the unique needs and challenges of the healthcare industry.

 

JOB HOURS

The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
