Overview **Position Summary:** The Strategic Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for the administration of the company’s purchase-to-pay (P2P) platform including performing monthly and annual reporting, financial savings, compliance, and ad hoc reporting. The Sourcing Analyst will be the liaison for internal users of the P2P platform, drive supplier enablement, and support issue resolution. **Key Job Responsibilities:** + Monitor, track, and maintain company’s product demand based on established targets for assigned categories. + Manage the company’s purchase-to-pay (P2P) platform and serve as subject matter expert on the platform and procurement policies. + Provide internal P2P support through investigation, troubleshooting, and system issue resolution. + Train key users on policy requirements and use of the P2P platform + Create and maintain internal documentation for the P2P platform. + Build and maintain approval chain logic, internal request forms, and guided buying logic. + Generate reports and perform detailed data analysis to support compliance and system improvement plans, and summarize findings. + Work cross functionally and collaboratively with accounts payable and finance to build processes that support timely receipt and payment to suppliers. + Apply continuous improvement efforts that drive compliance including RFP support, catalog implementation, and supplier enablement. + Procure requested items adhering to the requirements specified including required delivery dates, description of items, quantity, and quality of items. + Perform other duties as assigned. What we’re looking for **What you need to succeed in this position:** + High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. + The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity exists, and continuous innovation is desired. + Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary. + Basic knowledge of the supply chain and procurement industry trends, supply chain processes, best practices, tools & technology, and compliance requirements. + Firsthand experience with computerized P2P systems. + Strong proficiency in MS Office, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. + Excellent, well-rounded communicator adept at summarizing findings, participating in meetings, supporting contract negotiations, collaborating with key stakeholders, and holding one-on-one conversations. + Capable of synthesizing data from multiple sources and distilling findings to support action steps for improvement. **Required Education & Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in procurement, finance, supply chain or business administration; or 2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
