We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to join our team. In this full-time position, you will support category strategy by using spend analytics and supplier research, assisting with contract management, and managing supplier interactions. If you are excited about analyzing data, ensuring contract accuracy, and collaborating with suppliers to identify solutions, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities:Assist in the development of category strategy using spend analytics and supplier research.Capture and report on supplier spend, spend under management, and maverick spend.Update Ariba's contract management module with fully executed contracts, including MSAs, Statements of Work (SOWs), and NDAs, while ensuring accuracy.Assist with primary and secondary research, competitive analysis, and assessing industry best practices.Review supplier value propositions and determine if solutions align with client needs.Coordinate meetings with potential suppliers and support the contracting process from negotiation to agreement for contracts over $250,000 in value.Facilitate the review and approval of legal documents such as MSAs and SOWs.Notify team members about upcoming agreement expirations and renewals.  List Qualification or Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, information technology, supply chain management, or a related field.At least two years of professional job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) preferred.Basic knowledge of sourcing principles, supplier analysis, RFP, and primary/secondary research methods.Understanding of financial/cost analyses, business case development, and decision modeling.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with suppliers, senior management, and internal teams.Aptitude for conceptualizing, communicating, and selling new concepts, as well as problem-solving strategically.Proficient with MS Office; experience with SAP, Ariba, and Fieldglass software is a plus.Your New Organization: Enjoy competitive compensation, health, vision, and dental insurance plans, and a 401(k) plan.
