The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. Contract negotiations involve multiple contract types, including non-disclosure agreements, goods and services agreements, consulting agreements, and technology agreements (including hardware agreements, software licensing agreements, and software-as-a service (SaaS) agreements). Job duties may change at any time due to business needs. **About you** · Juris Doctor (JD) degree · Admitted, or eligible for admission, to the Minnesota Bar · At least 5 years of relevant experience negotiating and drafting agreements for a variety of transactions, including goods, services, and technology · Experience assessing and balancing contract risks and business goals · Experience developing and leading innovative contracting strategies that result in best-in-class outcomes on complex/ambiguous programs · Ability to deliver clear and concise advice in a timely manner in accordance with applicable guidelines and policies · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Independent, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task on a large number of projects · Ability to collaborate across departments to drive cross-functional alignment · Experience with contract management systems and/or e-Procurement systems This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs.  A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.  A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
