EquipmentShare is searching for a Strategic Sourcing Manager team member to support Construction/Building Products/Consumables for our corporate office based in Columbia, MO. A remote or hybrid option could be considered for the Candidate.
Primary Responsibilities Direct and oversee the sourcing and procurement processes for the Construction/Building Products/Consumables across EquipmentShare for the assigned portfolio. Act with a sense of urgency. Negotiate the best pricing and value for products and services in the most cost-effective and time-efficient manner Oversee and manage the creation of new and renewed vendor relationships and contracts as needed. Review product quality and effectiveness for EquipmentShare’s needs Guide, mentor & develop team members and vendors to meet business goals and targets Evaluate product vendors and study market trends to identify the best vendor options and predict product availability Why We’re a Better Place to WorkCompetitive salary.
