Strategic Sourcing Manager
Job Description Conduct contract negotiations on a day-to-day basis for FF&E vendor categories. Develop a category management plan in liaison with the vendor account management part of the team. Follow strategies with subsequent request for information and/or proposal wave plan based on priority for the Brands teams and ability to influence the given spend area. As needed, scout new suppliers for critical parts of the business. Responsibilities include contracting, negotiations, strategic category management and planning, prioritization of activities. Manage, as well as execute and leverage, partnership opportunities across company brands to achieve incremental revenue opportunities for the company. Skills and Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in contract and agreement negotiations within the FF&E category and hospitality industry - Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word - Strong understanding of SmartSheets -  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high level stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proven project management skills (e.g., execution, tracking, reporting, etc.). - Comfortable working both within a team and on an individual basis. - Experience working with FF&E materials like: Case goods, wood furniture, seating, lighting, mirrors, window treatment, fabric, artwork, and plumbing null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
