Software Development Co-OpSimulation and Test Solutions (STS)Fluids and Thermal
The Mechanical Analysis Division is seeking qualified candidates for our QA Testing/Software Developer co-op position. Candidates will work within an Agile development team focused on developing an award-winning CFD thermal simulation solution. Candidates must be able to work as an effective team member, contribute to team decisions, and support peers closely in the software development process.
As a co-op working on alongside our Mechanical Analysis team, you'll have the opportunity to:
Key Responsibilities:Conduct QA testing on new softwareDevelop unit test(s)Develop new software in C# using WPF and interface design features related to the next generation product solutionOrganization Qualifications: Pursing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Located and available to commute in Huntsville, ALAvailable to work 40 hours per week and arrive at work no later than 8:30 AM. One class may be taken in the afternoon or evening during each semester as long as work performance does not suffer. Classes cannot be taken in the morning hours. Candidates should have exposure to software development with experience designing, coding, and debugging.
