Software Engineer Intern Electronic Board Systems - Office of Technology
Siemens Electrical Design and Automation (EDA) team has an opportunity for a Software Engineer Intern. The Software Engineer Intern will work in our Office of Technology group and provide assistance in research in AI/ML activities. The ideal candidate will have skills in Python, C/C++, and a good understanding of AI/ML concepts.
Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for analysis using various tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Assist in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to extract meaningful insights from data. Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings and insights effectively. Stay current with the latest advancements and best practices in data science and analytics. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Basic understanding of statistical concepts and techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Passion for data science and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
