Estimated annual base pay: $137,600.00 (minimum) - $172,000.00 (midpoint) - $206,400.00 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Strategic Supply Chain Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
This position provides leadership, establishes direction, and sets priorities for Global Supplier Managers and/or Purchasing Supplier Managers within a COE Supply Chain. Overall objectives include providing leadership and execution for Sourcing and Supplier strategies, establishing Supplier Contract targets and executing to the contract plans, as well as meeting plant-specific supply base performance goals. This position is integral to achieving company QDRC goals.
What you will be doing…
Manages COE Supplier Managers and/or Global Supplier Managers
Represents supply base performance on COE Supply Chain leadership team
Participates in sub-commodity strategies
Leads supplier relationship management responsibilities
Drives continuous improvement in quality, delivery, cost, and lead-time performance
Ensures conformance with Global Supply Chain standards and Company policies
Represents COE Supply Chain in audits
Coordinates with COE Buyer, Planners, and Master Schedulers
Develops contract plans with Global Commodities Teams
Interfaces with PLC process for supplier selection
What we are looking for…
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business or Engineering required
10+ years’ experience in combined areas of sourcing and/or commodity management required
5+ years Leadership work (direct or indirect leadership) within Supply Chain organization required
5+ years Contractual work experience in Defense with FAR and DFAR compliance knowledge (where required based on site’s customer base)
Ability to demonstrate both written and verbal communication skills, to support understanding and to influence appropriate action at all levels of the organization and with key internal and external stakeholders
Solid understanding of organizational structure ensuring engagement and active support of all functions within the business system as necessary to achieve goals related to the Global Supply Chain organization
